Everything is grown or produced at the property, or in their own kitchen, the staff produces and grows everything from bread to broccoli and basil leaves and flowers in the rooms. The Borgo is known as one of the 100 best hotels in the world by Condé Nast.

Although the owners are of Danish descent, and the interiors and origins of the interior and exterior reflect the surroundings. The gardens
